Yapper is a LinkedIn content publishing and scheduling platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish posts to their LinkedIn profiles and company pages.

To use certain features of the Service, you must connect your LinkedIn account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement or Professional Community Policies. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KobotAI and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

In no event shall KobotAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
